what you need

become grounded.
let your body relax.
there is a feeling of lightness
at the base of the neck.
a tingle behind your cheeks
that slowly moves
behind your eyes
and settles in your jaw.
the blood is smooth.
it flows freely.
your breath is relaxed now.
can you feel it?
every inhale,
every exhale
makes you lighter.
the tingle has moved.
it is now in your arms,
traveling to your hands.
your legs are light.
your feet are floating
your back is soft.
your eyes are closing.
